Holistic massage therapists are only trained to provide you with a therapeutic and relaxation massage, Allure’s Registered Massage Therapists are more than hands-on professionals, they will also help you correct your posture, offer strengthening and stretching exercises that will help improve your condition. RMTs can instruct you on proper ergonomics at home and at the office, providing tips on desk, chair and computer adjustments. They can show you stretches so that you can avoid painful problems such as carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis.

RMTs can help recognize conditions you have yet to notice. Tumors or skin cancer are just two of the disorders your massage therapist might find – and, upon their discovery, send you directly to your physician. Registered Massage Therapists have stringent education requirements to protect you.

RELAXATION this massage is characterized by long, slow rhythmic strokes in combination with other modalitites to relieve built-up tissue tension.

SPORTS is a special form of massage therapy typically done before, during and after personal training sessions and athletic events. The purpose of this technique is to prepare the body for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and the prevent injuries.

AROMATHERAPY is when essential oils are added into a massage therapy treatment. The massage can enhance relaxation on both a physical and emotional level. Each essentail oil has different healing properties and your therapist can help you to choose the essential oil blend that will benefit you the most.

PRE-NATAL MASSAGE THERAPY Our RMTs makesure that you are safe and comfy. Pillows are used to support you and your baby while you are lying face down and therefore you are able to receive a thorough relaxing and therapeutic massage. Please specify pre-natal massage when booking your appointment.

REFLEXOLOGY anybody can receive a reflexology treatment – from babies to elderly. The treatment focus can be for relaxation, as a general ‘tune- up’, or to assist an unhealthy body. Furthermore, it is safe and helpful to receive during pregnancy.
